Dr. Abhishek Agrawal’s Bio
Here Dr. Abhishek provides a more enlightened approach to the great riches of Yoga. He focuses on the classic, traditional path to Yoga. This is a sure departure from most modern schools that teach a confused approach to Yoga delivering mixed results.
Other schools separate the practices of yoga like postures, breathing techniques, respiratory locks, and gestures (eye, hand etc) as a separate practice. This is not how yoga was practiced traditionally. In yogkinesis we believe none of these practices are separate from each other. They all have to be done at the same time while practicing yoga postures “YOGASANA”, each of these practices should be incorporated together for the optimum benefits.
Dr. Abhishek has a strong academic and professional background in alternative medicine and exercise science. His approach to healing with Yoga is empowered by science and a deep knowledge of the finest of classical Yoga. He believes traditional Yoga is more potent and focused giving people much better results to meet their needs.
He works with a very wide variety of people from teens to adults to the elderly. He helps you act in line with your true nature, the sure path to a better and more satisfied life.
