Breathing Techniques to Release & Relax
We’ve all felt it – that instinct of fight or flight when pressures are high, everything’s gone pear-shaped, or you’re just too stressed or tired to think straight. Dr. Andrew Weil wrote, “Practicing regular, mindful breathing can be calming and energizing and can even help with stress-related health problems ranging from panic attacks to digestive disorders.”
Because our breath is something we can control and we always have it with us, destressing breathing techniques can be a powerful tool for your team.
This workshop teaches important and effective breathing techniques to bring you back, centered firmly in the present, so you can think clearly, calmly, and creatively
Duration: Subject to the requirements and objective of the company, the training can be anywhere from a few hours to full-days
Participants: A minimum of 10 participants per session
Venue: We can conduct this training at your premises or ours; whichever is most suitable for the training and number or participants.
Requirements: Projector for PowerPoint presentation, whiteboard/ flipchart, enough space to move around
10 – 25 pax – HKD 5,000 per hour
25 – 50 pax – HKD 5,500 per hour
50 – 100 pax – HKD 6,000 per hour
100 pax and over – HKD 6,500 per hour
