Dare to Speak Up and Say ‘NO’
Let’s face it, speaking up is hard. Whether it’s speaking to your friend or partner about a trait or behavior that you don’t like, speaking up about something that is ethically questionable, joining in on a serious conversation, or merely voicing your opinion about something, can be a tough hurdle to jump.
It’s natural when you see something that strikes a sense of doubt in you, that you want to voice your thoughts or reactions about it. However, what’s more usual is that in many cases you’ll find yourself taking the easy way out and saying nothing at all.
Some people rarely speak up or voice their opinion because they are afraid of hurting another person, looking mean or foolish, or opening a can of worms that will make a mess. So sometimes it seems like staying silent is the wiser choice. And when we are silent it gets taken as a ‘Yes’, an agreement or lack of interest.
If you are the one that sits back quietly as everything transpires – not because you don’t have anything to offer but for fear, ego or cowardice it’s time to put a stop to that and Dare to be Speak Up and be Heard even if that’s saying ‘No’.
Discover who shut you, what shut you down and what you need to release to Speak up, Be Heard and say ‘No’ as your authentic powerful self.
Fast Track Technique gets results, brings clarity, promotes healing and inspires change by diving deeply into old subconscious programing, releasing it and replacing with ‘what’ you dare to be.
