A multi-level Integral yoga® Hatha practice
This workshop is ideal for those who want to experience the intrinsic knowledge and healing abilities of the physical mind.
Based on the Integral Yoga® methodology, a series of physical postures and stretches are designed to release physical and emotional tension and promote higher awareness and inner balance. Pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation, chanting and meditation are also included in the practice to ensure all aspects of the mind and body are harmonised. Participants will be invited to taste what it is like to have an “easeful body, a peaceful mind and a useful life”.
ABOUT INTEGRAL YOGA®
Integral Yoga® is a synthesis of the various paths of Yoga, combining scientific methods to develop all the capacities that nature has given us (physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual). These methods, also called paths, are: Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Karma Yoga, Japa Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga.

Hatha Yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), mudras, kriyas (cleansing practices), yogic diet, and deep relaxation.
Raja Yoga meditation and concentration. Based on ethical perfection and control of the mind.
Bhakti Yoga unconditional love, thought, and service of the divine (either as god, a divine Incarnation, or a spiritual teacher), the individual transcends the limited personality and attains Higher Consciousness.
Karma Yoga the path of action. Performing duties without attachment to the fruits (or results) of the action.
Jnana Yoga the path of wisdom. Through self-analysis, awareness and study, the practitioner ceases to identify with the body and mind, and understands Unity.
Japa Yoga repetition of mantras (sound vibrations that represent different aspects of the Divine) produces vibrations within the individual’s entire system, which are in tune with the divine Vibration.
Mirna Salgadinho has a passion for teaching Yoga to individuals facing physical and emotional challenges in their lives as she has experienced her own life transformation thanks to a guided yoga practice. Mirna has been a qualified yoga instructor since 2013 and most of her practices have been dedicated to assisting students to achieve higher body awareness as a mean to connect with their inner-resources, release old patterns and live a balance life.
