I joined Brian’s A Year of Mindfulness & Healing group meditation practice this year and the experience has been really positive. Although I meditate on a daily basis, with a beginner’s mind, Brian’s insight on topics like coping with emotions, gratitude, and our relationship with food was eye-opening.

The meditation practice guided by Brian was a wonderful way to clear the mind and induce positivity, understanding, and more compassion towards ourselves. There’s also something about meditating in a group setting that provides more flow and energy.

If you are interested in starting a meditation practice, I would highly recommend you join this practice.

I’ve been joining Brian’s meditation Zoom class for almost over a year now – first weekly, and now every first day of the month. His guided meditations are simple, clear, and easy to follow – not only during the session, but also in daily life.
