Grieving is a universal experience associated with loss, yet it’s something that most of us were not taught how to navigate. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a career change, or even the shedding of an old identity, grief touches us at some point. The best way to deal with grief is to give yourself time and face the loss, even though it’s difficult. It’s about feeling our emotions, acknowledging our experience, and allowing the energy of grief to move through us.
